I don't have time to backread so this may have been mentioned, but getting a kill in light WEATHER gives 5 points whereas day only gives 1. I'd strongly suggest going to the top floor of Delkfutt's Tower or something and just waiting for the weather, because that's only 30 kills rather than 150.
