Shadow of Death > Shadow of Death > Fragmentation > Spiral Hell > Distortion > Entropy > Darkness Shadow of Death > Entropy > Fragmentation > SH > Entropy > Darkness Vorpal Scythe > Spiral Hell > Distortion > Entropy > Darkness Feels like illegal fun. I *** around with it on BST, makes people do a double take. It's the lazy man's Origin without the recovery effect. MODS/FTP are pretty close. It's good fun   Infernal/SOD can do some decent damage with the right buffs too. Unity scythe is really good for those.

Finally played Balatro for a few hours. I think this game is slightly overrated....or maybe my expectation is a bit too high from goty.
It's not a bad game, imo it's on the above average tier in roguelike deck building genre. But compare with Slay the Spire, card ability interaction isn't as deep as what I would expect from a goty nominee.....the optimize strategy is relatively simple to figure out. In other words, Balatro has too much rng factor and too less "build choice" for my preference. If StS is 10/10, Balatro is about 8/10 in this genre imo. If this game is released in 2018 it would have deserve goty hype imo. But other titles have deeper mechanics these days.... Or maybe the market prefer simpler mechanic because casual players :< I don't see myself playing it more than a couple of hours due to the lack of depth, move on to next game! My backlog is too long, I can't immediately play a cool new game everyone talk about until I finish the ones that I currently work on lol. And if you read my post, you'd know I was busy playing other games in the past 2 months. I already said I could have dropped Balatro for Helldivers II or Tekken 8. But none of those games would have beaten Astrobot regardless.

The garbage they put out is just not worth getting excited over.

I never stop seeing things that makes me lose my faith in humanity.
Yesterday I saw a dog owner taking the dog for a walk. She was near a cafeteria, with lots of people calmly eating. The cafeteria had the table in open air. Then she just brought the dog and let it ***right close to the costumers. Just imagine you eating then seeing a dog feces slowly falling right in front of you. That brown kinda yellow thing. Texture like a toothpaste. Evenly distributed in 4 parts, each one far away something like 5 cm, forming something like a curve. Yeah, if you felt bad reading this, imagine eating close to it. Some people really just dont care about anyone else. Imagine how the poor dog felt, having to ***in front of an entire audience.
Considering dogs can communicate through smells, the dog should have thought:
“Here, lets we know each other better now. Your turn”
