That's for the fancy $200 'pro' ps5 controller, not the standard one. Also, at 20 bucks per stick, replacing both is most of the price of a standard controller even if they're compatible.
Agree switch is easy and well worth it though, 3rd party replacements with hall sensor are pretty affordable and an upgrade.

Just my observation on a backwater server:
PUGs are basically dead here. As far as group/LS stuff I feel like I'm the odd man out these days. Maybe it's my server but it's hard to get anything done. You take a hiatus and it puts you behind everyone. With new content being 6 man everyone already has their pre-established groups with little wiggle room. Feels bad man. Not asking for a carry, I'm reasonably geared. I just feel like a third wheel at times.

If only you could take more than 6 to an event so when someone takes a break or quits, the rest of the group doesnt have to start from scratch.
But you know, thats bad, because Asura is full of RMT mercs. Lets see if SE adding that stuff to make parties easier to make maybe can alleviate the problem

MAYBE if they had kept up in increasing ilvl, there would be something to show for it, but everything from 2014 onwards is ilvl 119.   The easiest thing to report would be their ilvl, but both of these items are 119. This was just the easiest and quickest example. Not to mention, you cant snapshot someones gearset because this game is so heavily dependent on swapping equipment around.
