I've been eating less junk food and more vegan stuff in an attempt to be a little healthier and I gotta say its not too bad. Granted its still pre frozen like other junk foods so its not THAT much better a change is being attempted.
The only thing I didn't like were these fake pepperoni pizza rolls. The taste was alright but the texture was weird af.
Everyone has different physiology, and I'm not sure what your goal is, but if you can give up dairy, grains, and processed sugars, you'll feel really good if you can get through the sugar withdrawals. Giving up meat isn't all that helpful, unless you have some kind of condition exacerbated by read meat consumption. Mostly would be a diet of meat and vegetables, but it's kinda hard to do for long periods of time. I have real trouble staying off grains in particular.
