That's probably a rebate, not a property tax.

Unless they actually passed a county tax for solar panels on homes. I mean, you live in California. There's a reason why that state is considered tax hell.

Texas may have the most convoluted taxing system in the nation, but everything has a purpose. Not California.

Oh, that's a valuation issue. You need to talk to your CAD about that.

I always fight the valuation on my properties cause, well, they always raise it too high. I win almost all the time without a fight too.
