burnt ends are just part of the brisket. unless it's a whole pig sorta deal i think a bbq should have pork and chicken. plus you should have sausages and other stuff that cook quicker while slow cooking whatever cut of hog you're doing.
*edit* also, brisket is a piece from the chest. lots of muscle that works a lot so pretty tough under normal circumstances. cooked low and slow like 200f for 5+ hours it breaks down into melt in your mouth slices of heaven. it's the beef alternative to slow cooked pork. you shouldn't shred it. *** yeah. No-Name is getting a kit. Releasing in August.
And the cloak is being sold seperately too. Comes with a ton of extra joints. Releasing in September.
