IM SORRY T_T If you watched it in Japanese, Wing needs to be watched in English; the cheesiness of the dub helps get through the bad parts of the show. :I
Alternately, read Gundam Wing: The Glory of Losers manga for a retelling of the series with extra material added in to cover plot holes and stuff and generally make the whole thing work better.
And Seed Destiny is a sequel, so not a good idea to watch it without Seed... Though the show falls apart after the first 10 or so episodes anyway, so generally not a good idea to watch it at all.
8th MS Team still best Gundam show. Newp.
0080: War in the Pocket is best for plot.
0083: Stardust Memory is best for mech porn. ( '-')b

0083 did spawn my favorite actions figures, the ones I actually bought, so I'll give you that.

You totes need to! I mean, the latter half of it stops focusing on The Armored Shrikes really, but it's still pretty good for mecha for a good portion of it, and the story is pretty baller, even though it's pretty dark.

Side note: If you watch the dub, the main protagonist is voiced by Future Trunks, and there is a minor character in the second half that is voiced by Goku.
