Speech depends a lot on hearing those around you speaking.
It's similar to how many people who are born blind have trouble focusing their eyes and making them move together, some may have a lazy eye, others may be crosseyed. This curiosity isn't purely sexual, I'm just as curious how deaf people learn to talk at all. I assume some become very good at reading lips and have people working with them to learn proper pronunciation.

actually, used to work with a deaf guy here.
*** steve was an ahole tho, but spoke english well. eventually got fired because he refused to follow supervisor, challenging him, using his disability to get away with stuff, almost getting in a fist fight... twice, and co-owner caught him screwing up on his phone for 10 mins non stop. she just stood there waiting for him to notice..... you could say, he didn't heard it coming~ :v (he used a hearing aid)

I bought me a N3DSXL in October plus both Zelda Ocarina of time/Majora's mask 3DS from Best Buy and bought Star Fox 64 3D as digital download. So much fun having to play such classics
. Now I just bought Donkey Kong Couuntry Returns 3DS digital download. There are sociological aspects to moaning(women have evolved to do it more in order to excite the male); but also physiological akin to grunting when doing heavy exercise.
During an orgasm you have strong contractions of your muscles which causes a forced exhalation that 'rubs' partially closed vocal cords producing an involuntary exclamation.
