I still haven't decided what job to take to 50...I started with archer because it's one of the two needed for mecha. I have rogue on 18, maybe I'll try to be ninja if the gameplay is decent. When I tried the game a few times before having it myself I tried monk and bardcher only, the former was kinda fun, but I dunno if I wanted to try something different. Not sure what kind of aesthetic or abilities Le Seha favors. Both MCH and NIN do add quite a bit to group damage and things. Both got pretty good stories too. Especially NIN.

It really depends on if you want to deal with positional attacks or not and close range or long range attacks Ninja has 1 positional (rear), Aeolian Edge Monk has 6 at 50 I think Bard none Bard and rogue/ninja are good jobs to take to 50, not very difficult and lets you enjoy the content without getting frustrated Normally in rpgs I like playing rangers, but in 14 Idk, I don't feel like a hunter, the class is really bland and I'm only doing it cause I need it to 34 anyway(as well as lancer much to my despair).
Meh it'll probably be ninja. I also started arcanist some days ago, simply cause Carby is too damn cute. But I absolutely hated the way you use the pet, it just didn't feel comfortable. So I doubt I'll consider smn.
