In case anyone wanted to know, even 24 hours later my stomach still hates me for eating that undercooked pizza.

As far as I know pizza generally has everything precooked before even being made into a pizza.... what the heck kind of pizza did you eat and how did you cook it?

It was a frozen pizza and it said to put it in the oven for 20 something minutes and I decided I wanted to eat it after like 10.

I would guess something else made you sick and the pizza is just a coincidence...
I half-*** pizza cooking all the time.
For example: I have "cooked" many frozen pizza in the microwave and then just folded it in half and ate it like a calzone and I know I didn't get that thing to temp and I never got sick from doing this...
