So today at the school where I teach, the principal held a meeting with the entire Senior class. During the meeting, she was using a powerpoint showing the kids various stats of graduation and the ilk.
Some kid (apparently someone adept with coding and "hacking") managed to hack into her presentation and put in a picture of a huge hairy penis. She switched to the slide and there was an outpour of laughter.
Panicking, the principal tried to remove the picture, but instead she managed to enlarge the photo, where she had to shut the powerpoint off. I didn't see this happen, but I REALLY wish I had just to see her fume and demand blood. Now they're on the prowl to find out who did it. Of course, none of the kids will fess up, even if they know who the student was because to this generation, snitches get stitches.
What do you think makes a better gift for PC use?
A mechanical keyboard or a second monitor?
I'd say the boob mousepad, for sure. Er, wait, that wasn't one of the options?
Um, then the second monitor, I guess. :p That's useful for everyone.
I'll save the boob-pad for my yearly White Elephant Christmas party.
Besides, this is a gift for my brother's birthday, in which he will be turning twelve >_>
Went to a Maid Cafe today in Akihabara. It was ridiculous lol, but I was laughing the whole time, so there's that. They put bear ears on me, and drew bears on all my food and the photo.

Now I need to save up and go to Japan, even if it's just for this

I'm probably asking for a lot here, but Vyre, if you're ever in a music store and happen to stumble upon a CD of this:
Please purchase it, and I will compensate you handsomely :3
Context: This is a self-published soundtrack album for FFXI that was never formally "released", so it lacks a catalog ID and thus the means to properly obtain it; outside of fishing through music stores in Japan.
I saw the first OST in a shop here once (think it was the first at least, the one with square boxes with in-game areas. Might have been RoZ) and still regret not buying it
Yes, but I am fairly certain that's merely the formality for the only operating staff, that being the artist himself: Kou Ogata.
I've hit nothing but dead ends in managing to find sources of publications or outlets of retail in which to find it.
Sorry, I didn't take my camera to Akihabara, because I didn't feel like the world needed to see another half dozen photos of it >.>; Let's see, I can get you a picture of the picture the maid took with me. She made me put my hands up, and claimed it was to make me look like a bear lol.
And Arte, if I see it, and I remember, then I will.

This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
