There's a right way and a wrong way to state your opinion. Private entities are not given free reign to state any kind of opinion - popular or unpopular, positive or negative, on a privately owned website forum, private property, or other private estate.

At most, you are only protected from (to a certain degree with limitations based on the laws of your government, and the government of the land where the forum exists/maintains copyrights) being "silenced" without just cause.

So no, you can't just state your opinion like everyone is supposed to give a ***.
