Where would we be as a society without fire, fire gives us warmth, more options in what food we can safely eat, enables most modern forms of transportation, Dark Souls, I could go on.
Ina is right. Think about it Kali.... a world where we couldn't save in Dark Souls or Bloodborne .... MY GAWD! It would be like a really hard and long arcade game.

Dark Souls wouldn't even exist since The Flame is a key part of it's story!
Wakin up in the mornings gotta check my phone.
What is this thread. 5 new pages since i slept.
Cats and vegata with a lack of donuts. And some boy living under a bridge. Page 3 has a kimono tty and p5 is purple madness.
Well started Taken King for Destiny. I saved a bunch of bounties over the weekend. Went from Lv34 to 38 right after I logged in. Almost 39 now only finished 1 mission so far lol. 1 level left to go before capped lol.
When the Shakespeare professor is more poetic and difficult to understand than Shakespeare (and he talks out loud thus I can't read what he said over and over) ...Patrick has a bad time.
Sony's virtual reality device has yet to receive a consumer price point, but several virtual reality projects were shown off in a new trailer with the name announcement. This included the confirmation that Square Enix’s new Final Fantasy title, Final Fantasy XIV Online, will recieve VR support. Details on how virtual reality will be integrated into the MMO are currently scarce but we may find out more as TGS progresses.
Naoki Yoshida, director and droducer of FFXIV, reportedly stated in April that his team was experimenting with Project Morpheus and the MMO, according to Level Up. The director claimed that players could explore parts of Eorzea using virtual reality, although the graphics had to be downgraded to do so.
Kingdom Hearts II.8 will contain a HD remaster of Dream Drop Distance, along with scenes from Unchained X called Back Cover, set to tell the tale of the Foretellers and revealing new parts of the series' history. The final part of the collection is Birth by Sleep 0.2 - A Fragmentary Passage -, which is a completely new part of the story taking place after the events of the original Birth by Sleep, told from the perspective of Aqua.
The first official trailer for the game will arrive on September 17.
At TGS today, Square Enix announced that Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness will be released on PS4 in Japan on February 25, 2016.

I think I'd actually love that class. What play are you guys on?

Just starting "As You Like It." My issue is... the guy, even when he is being super poetic, is hard as hell to hear. He mumbles loudly, and his handwriting looks like the blood splatter of someone shot in front of the chalk board (yea, he uses a chalk board).
He also tends to attract the very hipster creative writing students... who are all VERY sure they know Shakespeare's secrets better than any other. Like how Lysandar is a symbol of Christ (I still have no idea where that came from).
*complaincomplain* Well, next play is Twelfth Night, and no one could ruin that play for me!
So, I finally finished working on an English version of my forum(advanced version).
For those who don't know it is a role-play game played-by-forum based off the Final Fantasy series.
If there is anyone who is into this stuff and would be interested in playing they can shoot me a pm.
I hate advertising myself, but figured that if I don't no one will ever come play.. <.<""
In the game you'd be able to play as any race of the FF series, from dark elves of FF 1 to Vanu Vanu of FFXIV(there is a total of over 60 races, I lost count).
There are 34 unique classes, each with its abilities and specific characteristics and the player has the possibility to change them at any time to vary their playstyle or simply to unlock extra abilities to use on another class as "sub"(similar to XIV for reference).
The advanced version I recently created will have fights based not only on the writing ability of the users, but also on stats and formulas accurately created for the forum(they're simple).
It is a heavily battle oriented game, with emphasis on strategic gameplay, but users are free to have roles with each other out of quests too.
There are other features, like thousands of different equipment pieces and the possibility to play accompanied by FF heroes, but I'll leave the details for those who want to come.
Sorry again for the spam.
I'm really sorry ._. I swear I will only do this a couple of times and then I'll stop. Promise.
Last two weeks were no-patch. Fairly big internal things which Rooks has been coding, adjusting, and readjusting. So today should be the patch.
Everything's been submitted to the boss. There's a fair amount to do in preparation for it, so I don't know the timeframe, but yes, it should be today.
The visible pieces are mostly XIV (with a couple tiny XI things and some badge stuff), but I spent a lot of time gutting and refactoring some of the core site logic to improve performance and fix some long standing bugs.

or... everyone get trapped in the game and it becomes a death game... or everyone just suddenly ends up in the world after logging in right after the newest expansion >_>

Right after it happens would be a perfect time to kill some other players that annoy me
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
