Can be lethal if they drop from high and large enough. So the question is: how tall is the building?

I should take some pics of icicles here, there is some really scary looking ones here sometimes.
We get some here that look like this (pic of a place in russia)

When the snow on roofs and icicles get really bad, they close off the sidewalks below and have guys tethered on the rooftops shoveling off the snow and breaking the iciciles.
I live in the inner city where buildings are like 6 floors so an icicle falling is really bad.

Crazy *** rash on my chest and back, thought it was hives or something but not going away. Hopefully it is something cool like bloatfly larvae so I have a cool story to tell later this week.
