So tried xpadder out, loaded a profile, now it makes my cursor move to the top left rather quick and annoyingly.

Bonus in my firm is determined (among other factors) by the amount of overtime you put in. 200 hrs of overtime in a 10 week period generally means normal bonus, every 15 hrs increases that by 10%. I'm already at 73 hrs overtime for the year, and it's not even the ides of February yet! What's better, 73 hours of overtime?
