I'm going with Altaria for pokemon contests, since it seems to get well rounded attacks in all 5 categories.
As for battling, I'm not sure, I just seem content trading for pokemiles and getting all 6 generation starters. You all better not fumble the potato, all this "Poke my mom" talk is inspiring me to search out some OG poke memes to D slap these new poke wannabes in the face.

this seems like fun. guy got all the way up to OP8 in a Borderlands 2 hardcore playthrough. (i.e. if you die you delete the character)
