Ah it will all be sorted out, it's a new addition to an existing customer, so they haven't quite got with the program, and from what I've seen they haven't been too rough on people when they need to escalate, and I need to get in the habit of requesting direction instead of just solving the issue, as I'm usually one for just getting the job done, I still do it right, and am a stickler for best practices, but at the moment I'll just ride the wave.
