I remember when car's weren't rollin' computers.
The other day was my first time driving my 2010 accord though really shitty weather, since when I got it all the snow was basically melting.
On friday it snowed like crazy in the early morning, then melted through the day. Roads were super wet, then the temperature dropped low suddenly and all the roads were basically solid ice.

While driving home from work my car's damn stability control system kept turning on when I was just barely touching the gas, and in general made it more difficult to drive. I'm assuming it was sensing just the tiniest amount of wheelspin and starting to compensate, turned it off and drove home the rest of the way np. lol

Vehicle manufacturers need to stop trying to get the cars to drive for us...

I had a friend split a deer in half on his motorcycle once, mind you he was going about 200km/h so it didn't stand a chance. He walked away with only a few fratured ribs. Bike was fine too.

Only on a track in Canada, but we we're riding out in the countryside. No cops anywhere. A lot of times, cops around here don't even bother chasing the sports bikes too, just can't keep up. lol

I've hit 118 in my rust bucket (most people wouldn't believe it).

I had a car pull in front of me a bit up the road so I slowed down, I was trying to hit 120 (pretty sure I could have) but it was almost red lining, and I don't think it did too bad for a beat up old car with a 4 cylinder engine, and AT.

our basic factory model cheap small cars go up to 240 KPH usually but yeah the limits here are 100 km lol

what's the legal limit for you guys?

yuck...

highway (interstate) here is 70 in most places now, but 55 on other roads, (112.5, 88.5 respectively).

In my younger years, I usually kept it in the 80-100 range, I've scaled it back a bit and keep it in the 60-80 on the highway range, as anything above 80 now is reckless regardless if it's 70 in that zone or not (lolVA).

Basically I try to keep it within 8-10mph of the actual speed limit on the highway, within 5 elsewhere.
