I usually use zedge (an app) but I'm sure there's better.

I use Zedge myself as well, but just finding any site online that has ringtones/notification tones (especially sites that let you cut your own clip) and putting said file on your phone works as well.

I don't know about "free", but Paint Shop Pro X5 is only like $30 and unless you're a professional, chances are it will do everything you want it to and far more.

if you accelerate beyond the terminal velocity of the falling raindrops and we take into consideration the wind speed and water splashed in by other cars.... then carry the one......

you'll get only half as wet as if you would have driving normally!!

and you kids have it easy now a days... what with your fancy rain that is mostly water and such....

back in my day the rain was mostly acid and you could develop 35mm camera film in the puddles... and the rivers caught on fire...

I always scoff at people when I arrive somewhere soaking wet because I am too stupid to use an umbrella and they ask if it's raining outside...

pffft.. yeah but it's mostly water. you buncha sissies...
