Kinda sounds like a Porn movie, or maybe its just me. Why do people use Tojil as a base line when considering gear sets? Cause I think it's still the highest target available on spreadsheets.
Wouldn't really be accurate then, I mean a gear set designed for Tojil wouldn't really work on something like Wopket would it?

I think the most notable thing about Wopket is the pierce resistance and flash spam which requires heavy acc.

This is most likely the reason, but for a mob like Wopket that spams flash, wouldn't a high evasion target be a better option, like Bee for example. Even accuracy sets are based on Tojil, does he even have evasion? Yes Tojil is still fairly evasive, though not on the same level as some newer targets.
I think part of the idea revolves around Tojil having a good amount of evasion/defense to base yourself off of and things like Wopket(or Bee I suppose) only really require a tweaking of accuracy which is a wee bit easier than tweaking attack values.

Okay..I'm not one of the Cecil haters just cause she likes to show some ***, but how the hell is that a Carbuncle cosplay?? Not even close to Carbuncle. There aren't even any face markings that appear on Carbuncle, on her face. Or the nose.

People value success differently.
For some, it's strictly monetary and luxurious lives. Others, it's the ability to live comfortably within their means. Though, a fewer amount derive success from being able to positively affect change in the lives of others - such as being a witty teacher who genuinely cares about his students. I've had quite a few teachers like that, and I've got nothing but respect for them
