-If the Sun was to combust it would of burned hotter in the beginning and could have generated higher gravity fields which could of pulled planets toward it and burn off any gases.
No, it wouldn't. Gravity is not associated with energy output, but with mass. Now, you could argue that a more massive sun would have higher luminosity, and higher gravity, but you would also have a higher outward flux. Gravity is a really weak force compared to pretty much everything else.

Just going off what I read, that our solar system isn't the oldest and was thought of our sun collapsing on itself creating the mass making a protostar.

http://www.solarsystemquick.com/
It definitely is not the oldest; the fact that we have elements heavier(higher atomic number) than iron indicates that it is at least second generation.
The sun collapsing in on itself doesn't create the mass; the accumulation of mass causes more and more pressure, as well as having greater and greater gravity, causing more accumulation...repeating until the pressure caused by the amount of mass in one location is sufficient to start hydrogen fusion.
In short, simple, terms the sun is a big dustball that caught fire because it was so huge. The sun didn't collapse, the dustball compacted, ignited, and became a star (our sun).

As far as the gravitation pull, the heliosphere and vacuum of space in our solar system is more what keeps us moving.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interplanetary_medium
Um, moving in what sense? Neither of those really has anything to do with gravitational forces or orbital velocity.

BTW~ I guess it was on July 8th, Voyager just left the heliosphere and actually considered out of the solar system.
From what I recall it has been a couple of times that it was announced that Voyager had crossed the heliopause, mostly because it's a hard to define boundary.

I guess the bottom line is that I don't know all the physics that go with the solar system, so sometimes I don't know whats-what in planetary works.

I did have a college professor that said it's people like me that end up making theories on what happens if we blew up the moon. LOL.

At the time of course, I was like WTF. Of course when we talked about plate tectonics I had to ask if it could of be caused by the same protoplanet that is suppose to have hit the Earth to create the moon which could of cracked the planets mantle.

I was told to stop asking questions. LOL. <(O.o)>
Asking what may appear to be a silly question is only the first step.
How would you go about determining whether or not plate tectonics could have been caused by a large collision?
What assumptions have to be made for that to be valid? What evidence can be found that correlates with those assumptions? What behavior could be predicted, then verified?

It isn't enough to just ask a question; the follow through is important. And frankly, classrooms aren't the best place to go into that level of detail every time someone asks similar questions. Properly answering questions often requires a good deal of effort, knowledge, and experience.

But to answer your question regarding tectonic plates, the likelyhood of that being the cause is extremely low, as tectonic activity is present on other planets/moons which have no evidence of undergoing similar scale impacts (above and beyond any other reasons).

I only like to do one or two jobs, 3 max. RDM isn't my thing.

I did save PLD pants though.

Here's my current currency collection for dagger:
