So the American Heart Association says that the maximum added sugar intake per day should be no more than 9 teaspoons (comes out to 36 grams). I successfully completed an entire day without going over 36 grams of pure (not corn, I don't swing that way) sugar.
It's a lot harder than it seems, lol.
not that bad; just drink a crapload of diet pop when you get sick of water and eat a couple boiled eggs for breakfest then steak or fish plus cheddar at your meals plus a bit of spinach, no starches
like 2 teaspoons of sugar intake a day lol
Ugh I hate the taste of anything diet, especially soda (stopped drinking it for over 2 years now) or iced tea.
Artificial sugar makes me wanna vomit.
I just stuck with bottled water and finally tried one of those Naked drinks. Got the berry one. I liked it. It was $2.68 USD at walmart, might go that same route again tomorrow.
Ate turkey, raw baby bella mushrooms, cucumbers and blackberries for the day, but not in that order, lol. Already been cutting out sprinkling salt on anything for the past 2 weeks too.
Eating truly healthy is a lot harder than it seems.
