I think I'm going to bed, I now have 3 fully upgraded celestial weapons, and half of 3 more. (poor Wakka).

I'll either grind more tomorrow or finally pick up some blitzball, I've been avoiding it, as I could spend weeks playing it.

Also hopefully my file transfers will be done, so I can decommission my server again.

Well either I'll sell the old dell POS I have, or sell the newer hardware running in my server, and then use the dell as my server (just need it for the raid array) either one will function.

I can just get more $ out of the hardware I'm using in it currently, but I don't know if it's enough of a difference to justify it.

Edit: I could just sell both, and get a NAS raid solution, and just throw the drives I have in that. Considering it usually natively supports multiple sharing protocols, and I don't have to fiddle with permissions near as much, I very well may do that.

I'm glad I finally got SAMBA to read the files, but I can't edit them like I'm supposed to be able to from Windows, and I like the sftp solution as well.

edit again: Or I could sell all of it, and just try to fit everything I need to be shared on my 2tb external wd, and burn all the backups I want on optical. But I had a purpose for the raid array, and that was to not have to worry about drive failure in the first place.

Well I guess there's a large difference between stock and modified to hell, but the stock 95-97 civics (at least the low ends) sucked dong, even in comparison to my 92 accord.

You can import PSX saves into the ps3 yes.

I have the software to do it all as well, but you can download it too.

I have a ff8 and 9 save editor as well, but for 8 it's for the PC version, but you can convert it between the formats.

Basically you'd have to get a psx save, if it's a single save file, convert it into a memory card save iirc, then convert that into a virtual ps3 psx memory card, etc.

I believe it can all be done via a usb stick, but I also have the psx/ps2 memory card reader, and a psx dex drive.

It's been a few years since I've done most of that though, the only thing I've fiddled with more recently is playing with the save editor, and that was to play with the card rules in FF8, as I hate random.

I'm about to go to sleep, but I can dig through the stuff tomorrow to tell you exactly what you'd need, so you don't spend time on a goose chase.

ah, I vageuly recall bleem.

Well I know psxmemtool is what I use to convert ff7/8 saves between the pc/psx versions.

I know that this website:

http://www.qhimm.com/

has some save editors

as far as converting to saves the ps3 can read...

I think the file type they use is .psv (I think my ffx international save is here on my pc, which is probably what the stuff below was for, I'm having trouble finding what I used for converting the other stuff to/from Ps3/pc, I may have wiped it).

I have a mymc alpha that seemed to be for converting ps2 memory card files? I can't recall what I used this for, except maybe to flip it around on the different systems.

Also had ps2savebuilder, not sure what that was for.

I'm kind of a clutterbug in my archives.

I stayed up until ~6:30 and got up again at 9, I don't want to hear about it being "too early."

I do this kind of thing on a daily basis, and suffer from chronic insomnia due to stress and pain from a permanent damage back injury.

Ever try going to sleep, only to constantly be kept awake at night or getting up at 4:30Am for 9 years?

Woke up and turned on the TV, the weather channel is saying in 2 hours I am going to get severe thunderstorms...

I flipped a few channels and that show on MTV, 16 and Pregnant is on, or atleast I think that this is that show. Just horrible watching it and really, I hope this is scripted.

But anyway, don't know if I want to go for jog or not. Yesterday they were right when the storms hit and it didn't look like it was going to rain then out of nowhere, it started pouring.
Unfortunately, 16 and pregnant is not scripted. That show dramatized, profited, and actually glorified being pregnant at 16.

They also did a follow up from the first season's 16 and pregnant parents, who wanted to bitchslap the hell out of the current season's 16 and pregnant parents, because some of them were actually in awe of it, like having a baby was some kind of fashion statement

and while individually we learn that it is not ok, as a society, we learn that it's acceptable to do this.

People still do it, sucks but tbh I stopped watching TV after I saw they did a documentary on Justin Bieber and this blonde woman went "Justin Bieber is totally like...the -guy- girls wanna be with, and he's the -guy- that every guy wants to beeee..."

I hear my mom in the kitchen shout "BULL-***"
