Sometimes I wonder what kind of weird cheese americans put on their pizza. Here it's always only mozzarella(the real thing mind you), which is absolutely perfect.

Of course there might be more, but that's a specific request. Like the "4 cheeses pizza".

As far as I know mozzarella is predominantly used here as well. However, when other cheeses are used, they are often times mixed with mozzarella as well. That's just my experience.

You have to understand, we don't have the option of real cheeses here unless we want to spend 3-10 times more, and that isn't something you'd normally do unless it's a special thing.

So we have to use Mozzarella-like cheeses that are highly processed, and other variants.

I live about 2 miles away from Wisconsin, the cheese capital of the US, so I can basically get any kind of cheese I want.

My favorite is havarti, followed closely by provalone and then blue.

Been building my HGUC Silver Bullet the last couple of days and just finished the main suit.
Now, maybe it's because I've been building relatively small mobile suits like the Wing Gundam and F91 recently, but this thing is freakin' huge. It's even taller than the HGUC Sinanju, and I haven't even started on the backpack yet.
