Yeah, I'm still waiting for the wall. This isn't the first time I've tried losing the weight. I think the best I've done was lose 15 pounds. But, at 10 pounds down I'm still in it to win it. I think what helps is that goal in the future. I know they say you need to set small goals, but for me it works better to have a larger, far off goal. I don't know why, but I'm really excited to be thinner during my graduation, so I think that'll help.
The workouts are exhausting, but for some reason they haven't gotten boring or monotonous, yet. I just gotta keep it up. Also, in the past I've tried to do it by myself. Maybe if I have friends and family cheering me on, it'll help out.
Also, poor jogging lady. I'm just envisioning it in my head now, and I can just imagine that she's inches away from bursting into tears.
