You know what I really REALLY just can not for the life of me understand? The trash rules.

My dad buys a certain brand of white trash bags that have febreeze in them so that the trash doesn't stank so bad.

The trash "man" says that we can not use white bags for our trash, that they will only pick up trash that is in clear see through trash bags.

So what do we do? We use our white smell good bags to hold our trash and then put that white trash bag inside a clear trash bag and for whatever reason the trash "man" is okay with this.

WHAT THE HELL IS THE DIFFERENCE?!?!

Basically someone somewhere higher up decided that is the way it should be, the trash man probably agrees with you that it's stupid but is just doing what he has to to keep his job.

Thing is it is his own business, in my town the trash man is -THE- trash man lol. Though I suppose it could be some sort of stupid state regulation or something above his head, you are probably right.
