Yeah, those pizza makers who think that tossing a different topping on a regular margherita style pizza aren't very creative. I see it as if you have a sauce and a topping of a sort, you can have a pizza. I've made Greek gyro pizza with tzaziki sauce and sliced lamb, a bratwurst pizza with brats and ketchup, and even a burger and fries pizza with (you guessed it) cheese, ground beef and of course, fries right on the pizza.
I still want to make a peanut butter and jelly pizza as well as a fruitcake pizza (I love me some fruitcake) and even an orange chicken pizza. The possibilities are endless.
