It shouldn't matter who blocks who for what reason ._. they needed to do it for a reason and that should be good enough. That's why we have a block feature :<
Though I think since it's RT I think you should of at least talked with the person about the problem you're having before doing so to avoid any uncomfortable moments for other people... ._. *hides*

Unfortunately, sometimes PMing someone just exacerbates the problem, even if you want to clear the air. It just depends on who you're dealing with really.
