If you have two fans maybe you can put one in your window to siphon out the hot air, then have one in the other window to have air coming in? That way you have some air circulating and it would cool it down a little. That's what I did before I had a air conditioner in my bedroom.

That's not a bad idea, but it would evaporate rather quickly depending on how dry/warm the environment is. Also hanging it in a position to cover the air momentum would be a ***.

Lol dry ice isn't hard to find <_< Baskin and Robbins usually sells it.. Some grocery stores do too..

Dry ice bombs are insane though.. I did it ONCE with a 2 liter, I knew it was going to be loud, but I had no idea how loud.. My neighbor called the cops on me for it.. But he's a *** neighbor that I *** hate.. He's just some old *** that looks for any reason at all to call the cops on anyone..
