I think it has a lot do do with the body type that said boobs are attached to too. One of my friends had a more serious case where it was necessary to have breast reduction surgery.
She was nineteen when she had it. She's about 5'1, the size of a toothpick, but had triple Ds. She had back problems starting in high school.
