The viking pic. Gets 'em every time...
This comes from someone doing a total body transformation,but remember BMI is pretty much only your optimal healthy weight for your height. There are other factors AND leyway on both sides of the BMI band. I wont even get into the metabolism or how everyone distribute's weight differently,but "overweight" "fat"and "obese" are all very,very different things.
I'm not one for sugar coating the truth or anything like that. I'm also not the kind of person to pointlessly say to someone's face "you're a fat ***" just for the sake of it.
Mag last I remember,remember it was in december (see what I did there?) you looked fine.
Thanks, sir. If I'd be honest with myself though, I do need to lose weight. This is just brass tacks and not self-deprecation. It needs to happen, and I'm doing just that. At a medium pace.

Slow and steady wins the race. Trust me. I went gung ho at it and couldnt keep up. Probably did more harm than good than if I had slowed down and went at a reasonable pace. Most people (myself included) could do with losing a little weight. But at the same time alot of people's idea of a "healthy look for their BMI" is usually wrong,so no matter your pace,and if you're seeing little changesor radical results,it doesnt matter. Everyone is different and results are results and its all in the right direction. Fitness and nutrition isnt just for body builders and the like. Its for everyone

Still debating on whether or not to play FFXI.
But after thinking long and hard about it, I'll probably be passing up on playing it again. :|
Going to wait til more information is out on FF XIV on PS3 but also wouldn't mind the FF X HD to come out sooner as well.
Today was just a boring day but I watched Men in Black 3, it was actually a real funny movie.
I'm not 100% sure but isnt the HD collection aimed for the end of the year? One of the *ember months I think?

I didn't hate MiBIII either. I'm actually a bit of a Will Smith fan, and that scene with the chubby dude at the electronics store was pretty funny.

Last time I heard it was suppose to come out in June. But it wouldn't surprise me if it got delayed.

Whoever gets in charge next might change up the workings and delay everything for new practices Yoshi already made a statement on the JP Lodestone saying that the restructuring of SE won't be affecting XIV's development, so that's at least one title that won't be shaken up.
Delayed due to extended beta testing on the other hand...

Welp, killed off a Lagiacrus, captured another one, and captured a durambolos (Big *** two legged buffalo looking thing with a sledge hammer for a tail).
The final kill, the lagiacrus, was a huge pain in the butt. He cornered me against a "Cliff" and proceeded to time his attacks so i had 0 recovery time and killed me twice. Really sucked but i broke his face and chest and got the horn i was after. Course now i am flat broke zeni wise after making my new long sword....

For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
