Everything Chaosmite has said I agree with it 100% of the time. I am always seeing meme-pictures and pictures.. makes the people who post them look rather HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE.
I miss the old internet days, oh and I do not even think this started with 4chan, change in inevitable but, people must be mimes if they need to post stupid pictures to win an argument.

Hmm Alright..
I don't think love can be proven in any way, not in a general sense.
It can be proven from person to person.. but not in a theory or evidential type of way.
However I am hesitant on the idea of "true" love, love at first sight, or even the whole soul mate idea.

Sorry Darki, I'm a curious girl.
Also, I like keeping my thoughts on romantic love to myself, what works for me and my partner won't work for anyone else (probably). As for love, speaking non-romantically, I think it's just a word in our culture to represent the deepest companionship. I say I love my family, because out of all the people in this big world, I feel closest to them. Funny that I still hide things from them... Oops!
We all feel certain levels of connection to others and certainly chemicals fire off in our brains when we interact with people. But as for actually proving it... that may be a long way off, or impossible. ^^

When i get the time, i'd like to talk about this one. It's a very very interesting topic.
Short answer is love exists but not as a single entity that most people assume.
As a concept or idea, the adage goes, if you can think it, it exists. But as an emotion or force, well that gets a bit trickier to pin down.
I will say though, this one is fun, that we have shown fear to be more substantial in affecting people than love. It ain't number one any more.
