I think that anything Nabis has to say anymore should be considered unhelpful and noneducational.

For those still talking about xp capping at 615 or 630 on some mobs, its due to some mob familes having a native xp bonus. This is applicable to the 300 xp from chaining, so, a 5% bonus results in a 615 cap, and a 10% bonus gives a 630 cap.
Wiki hasn't updated the list to include which mobs in abyssea have the bonus, but its pretty obvious from the mob types already on the list. http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Experience_Points#Monster_Bonus I was gonna take a SS of Nabis not taking a SS of getting 1250 exp/kill in abyssea, Then I realized I don't want to show people how to troll Nabis in this manner. :P

In fairness I did hear on Leviathan myself that it is possible to get 1.2k off Turtles, someone mentioned it in an Abyssea (Not Nabis) and it was done with a JP group but no SS so its all hear say

damn, saw this on the top list on main page and thought something was gonna pop up...Nabis already said he's "no longer gonna provide a SS" so if we want to get that kind of exp we have to follow his instructions on page 1 lulz

Late I know, but having read the whole thread {yes I was bored} I just wanted to say one thing.
If Nabis somehow proved his "theory" was correct, which as many have pointed out it clearly isn`t, but did`nt want anyone else knowing how he did it, how exactly was he planning on doing it? Because unless he solo`d it, there would be another 17 people with him that could see exactly how it`s done. |
