I've been playing Leona quite successfully but warding has become more strenuous, with the ward cap, and using the trinkets effectively can be a little confusing.
Also, what're opinions on building as a support these days? Is damage a priority? Or tankiness? Or CC functions? Just insights and opinions would be nice to read. We haven't had much of that lately.

Well my experience with the preseason so far seems to be that people like Leona and Taric can solo ADCs in laning phase with ease and can just build tanky while trolling the enemy team because they offer tons of utility and just refuse to die. People like Annie and Fiddle pretty much build utility and damage and troll people to *** in lane

Annie and Taric have such a burst, it's insane.
I just hope they won't gut Taric too hard, would suck if he became trash once again. They will. They always do.

Also, if anyone isn't watching, go watch this WONDERFUL entertainment that NA scene is giving us. Onebadbrad literally died to his own red buff. I'm in tears.

Bot lane is really the most HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE lane of all right now with all the OP ***that came from 3.14. Shyvana/Rengar top lane is a literal joke compared to what is going on bot lane. I really don't know what Rito is doing and it doesn't really hurt any solo queue environment bare proper Diamond I settings, but still, they really didn't think about what they were doing. Taric was indeed out of hand, but so are Annie and Leona right now, even if Taric was in a league higher than them. All three can very easily, without any effort or any specific edge solo the carry in front and then solo the support. It has reached a point where you have to ban all three of them and find yourself *** because you will then eat a Shyvana top which means you lose top. That or Riven. I don't remember the last time I saw such a huge checkmate right from champ select, except maybe when Zac came out. It's hilarious how little of a ***you give about what is picked as mid lane, because it literally means 0. |
