Here is Hippalus talking about it on Reddit: "We have issued 910 RP refunds for all previous purchases of the 5 legendary skins that have been put on sale as part of the Legacy skin sale. This is the first time I'm aware of that we've issued refunds for purchases made several months or years ago. We decided it was the right thing to do given the expectations that had been set around Legendary skins."

Might buy more, but I don't own most of the champs unfortunately >_< I already have the skins on that list that I want.

I didn't think Vayne/Soraka was a viable lane. So, I can't figure out a legit way to do the "secret santa" thing. One, not many people have shown interest, and two, even if people did vest interest, I'd have no way of knowing who's on who's list, which would make it stupid complicated. Since that's how it is, I think it'd be best if folks just gave to their friends normally. I did a three-way exchange with two folks, where we each bought one another something. You can set a budget, like $10 or an RP amount and just roll with it from there.
