Wish granted, NMs no longer use TP moves, all DT removed from enemies, and Ody bosses no longer have adds or WS walls. Enjoy your game!

Yeah, could also passively read incoming packets and do a ping as soon as the player moves into range of the NM.
Would only work with normal detection range, but still useful; With all the side rooms and trees and such there's a lot of sight obstruction in Limbus.

Every suggestion on the forums is just "could we make everything in the game easier?" to the point where I am not even remotely surprised anymore. Top comments are:
-Remove r/e from Nyame
-Give free moglophones
-Make campaigns active all the time
-Triple drop rates on everything
-Remove cooldowns from everything
-Double the earring rate
-Allow trading sapphires/starstones/drites/earrings for muffins
-Allow trading earrings for other earrings
-Reduce cost for JSE
-Remove requirements from REMA weapons
-Make ilvl magian trial weapons
-Add EP to everything and slash the EP curve
I mean, I get why they're popular/common opinions, because who doesn't want free ***, but like...it's a 23+ year old game which gets like 1 content patch a year, do we REALLY need to make the existing content even easier? We barely have enough to do as it is.
If you're overwhelmed by the amount of stuff you have to do in game and are struggling to find time to do it all, that's great. The alternative is you have absolutely nothing to do anymore because they changed the game so it was laughable to achieve all of your goals, you achieved them, and then quit.
I think if SE took all these suggestions at face value and implemented them all, the game would be significantly worse off, if not dead. Everyone wants to be ML50 with BiS gear in every slot and every REMAP weapon, without thinking for a second what they would do if they had that.

The NMs move around though, theres no need for a precise XYZ coordinate
Oh, so this is "What Floor Is An NM On."

It's based on the xxxx/1024 value. That's why I said
Quote: Can go out and test this and see if you still get interrupts at 101, as not all SIR gear is created equally. If so, swap Null Loop for R15 Loricate Torque +1.
I think if you're using modern gear and not older SIRD stuff, 101 might work. Even 100. Gotta test it and see which ones work. Just nobody does so default is 102. Same as PDT

Optional and disabled by default, please. With plenty of "use at your own risk" disclaimers for anyone who turns it on.
This kind of feature usually involves injecting outgoing 0x016's for specific targets that aren't within normal detection range, and reading the 0x0E the server returns to get the target's location. You may or may not get banned, but it's very easy for SE to detect if they care to.
I was kind of envisioning something a bit more based on reading the information the addon server was feeding you: This is the distance and bearing to the latest reported location of an NM or ??? on this floor, as of the last time you synced.

maybe have an optional ping on entering a new floor, giving a direction and distance

You could show an alert when close to an NM's previously-reported position without packet shenanigans, though, and that would be nearly as effective without the risk. An extra minute or two looking for an NM isn't as big a deal in Limbus as it is in Sortie.

Felgar's list is very helpful. I have been debating swapping out a piece or two of my Nyame for a different augment path, but I haven't been fortunate enough to get WSD on the pieces I want to replace Nyame.
Definitely, much appreciated Felgarr!

Timers also can't create timers for decimal values. This was the cause, I found out thanks to Rubenator on Discord.
Still... it USED to work with Timers, a long time ago.
I haven't been using this function since the Aeonic days, on Albumen, so that's... many years ago.
Wonder when things changed with Timers and why?

You're missing the " quotes around spell name in line 2.
timers c Sleep II 90 < does nothing
timers c "Sleep II" 90 < works
Code
send_command('timers c "'..spell.name..'" '..tostring(full_duration))
Timers also can't create timers for decimal values. If your full-duration time is modified by gear, it might no longer be a whole number.
timers c Sleep 60.5 < does nothing
timers c Sleep 60 < works
Fix this by rounding off full_duration first, something like
full_duration = math.floor(full_duration) --drop the decimal values entirely
or
full_duration = math.floor(full_duration + 0.5) --Close to 'round()' functions in other languages

So I noticed an issue in one of my lua.
A self-made function I had was creating two things
1) a custom, timed party message
2) a custom timer with Timers
1) still work, 2) doesn't anymore.
So I went into debugging mode
Code send_command('timers c "'..spell.name..'" '..tostring(full_duration)..'')
send_command('timers c '..spell.name..' '..tostring(full_duration))
add_to_chat(053,' ***** Spell and duration are: '..spell.name..' '..tostring(full_duration)..' *****')
First line was the original line, which no longer works.
Tried with the second, still doesn't work.
The third line is something I added on the fly to check if the variables were fine and actually had values inside (spoiler: they do, and it's the right values).
If I simply type "Timers C test number" it works perfectly.
Sooo... it's gotta be something in the syntax, but what? I swear it used to work just fine.

I love watching puppy videos, but I so damn hate most of those puppy shorts have the puppy and the cameraman taunting the puppy, and it getting angry for that.
Teasing is fine, but almost forcefully pushing it back or grabbing his jaws makes me want to go on revenge.
It os not a puppy but a cute Chihuahua.
The damn boyfriend yelled on poor boy
