It's prob gonna be 1/9, it will have all the other items in it too no doubt. If not then considering how common those other items are and that they take the same loot slot, that will increase time to obtain a lot higher.

If I had to guess, and as stupid as this sounds it's possibly to lower server load (mainly due to Asura). When they said they only allowed 3 trusts cause they were afraid of ram / server congestion it became fairly obvious of their mindset. When they put the rolls on you, then you're slowing the process down a lot (at least for most players).

Imagine if some joker makes an addon to potentially reroll a malig box when you're at 9/9 with no CD, which would be laughably stupid if you're doing a load of silent rerolls each time. I would hope they are smart enough to drop gil if you're capped on items, but who knows since they didn't announce an increase in merits needed for entry and there is going to be massive congestion caused if they don't do that.

SE just needs to add a new malignance item but not actually make it obtainable so people sit in town spamming the item endlessly trying to see if it will drop.

I'm guessing they didn't have the foresight to code for later adding a bad luck protection mechanic, so they didn't implement it in a manner that makes the adjustment as easy as it should be.

I have serious doubts about their license expedentures even making a dent in their overall revenue from game pass. Anything more than 10% of that 5 billion would shock me. Im even skeptical of that number simply because where are the games? Looking at this year, what third party AAA games did they have at launch?

MH Wilds? No
AC: Shadows? No
Expedition 33? Yes
Night Reign? No
Borderlands 4? No
FF tactics? Might not qualify, but no.
Looking to the future...GTA 6? Hell no.

So one game from a small studio, seriously doubt that that licensing fee was more than a few million. Maybe 50, lets give them 50m. Everything else is either old or first party. They aren't losing a lot of money to license fees.

Well regardless of the specific mechanics I'm glad that some of my friends can finally get the last piece they need.

I mean - imagine you're looking at a Jenga tower that a few thousand people have been playing for twenty-odd years, and are loudly passionate about seeing continue. Are you gonna make a safe move, or try to yeet something structural?

You can't level sync the mission fights, unless everyone is lying to me. So I can't go above the cap we set for ourselves.
