Ryuo are a very unique piece that when they work on zanshin you essentially turn 1 hit into 3k tp

Aside from your merits your problems might be the buffa and their quality
These sets you have are structured to depend on them

Anyone can confirm the scrubiness and give me pointers on how to fix it? I'm not doing any fancy Ody V20+ stuff, but if i can improve my dps outpur in Sortie that'd be good.

Its being way harder to get used to working 3 days at office than I thought.

Not our fault if they, so far, failed at giving a proper incentive at killing NMs and the increase on the matter droprate appearently ain't enough.
That's up to them to fix things.
Keeping things this way because "then at least they have a purpose" sounds like a weak reason, imho.
Furthermore, in a scenario where the first matter is guaranteed some people would still want to open other chests for the currency AND for the matter, so NMs would still be relevant.
But still, could make so matter on the FIRST chest is only 100% if all 22 nms in the zone have been killed the previous month. There, fixed it!


Spoiler: I'm bloody sure there's more to come on NMs. I can totally feel there's something else at play with them but it's not unlocked because it's tied to parts of limbus they still have to release.

Tomorrow is the last day of my shutdown vacay, going on an inshore charter fishing trip. South Padre has added a few amenities here since the last time I visited. They have a park for ziplining, horseback riding, and jet skis. I didn't check that out but it looks nice. The Schlitterbahn water park was actually demolished after it didn't reopen post covid, it's just a generic water park that took its place. Still good, still worth going to when the kids are in school. The food is still great, but extremely expensive. I cooked most of my own fish these last two weeks, but I can't say I saved money since they cost over 2 grand to catch. Totally worth it though.

That's fair, and making the 5th one automatic (rather than the 1st) effectively still encourages doing the content.

Plus, the entire "maybe units, NMs, matters, etc, will have secondary uses". The accessories are nice but they really are not something absolutely necessary (unlike Malignance was, since we're talking about that recently).

Presuming you're maxing out on the content opening 5 boxes per week, you're getting about 45k units (assuming CL135) per week, thats 180k units per month per Matter. Making the 5th and final box 100% is a more than sufficient bone, as it still incentivizes killing NM's to increase drop rate on the previous 4 boxes.

Right, but then any incentive to kill the NMs, basically disappears. Especially now that NM tally is monthly.

(Not saying matters are a good incentive, but they are one.)

By having a monthly automatic one, you still keep NM killing relevant while throwing a bone to players. A weekly automatic matter would by far the main source of them, if it were monthly it'd be a bonus while not being the main source, if you get what I mean.

And most people are botting units in place by now, so those are not a particularly good content attractor.
