Advising people drink crystal light because it has some of the same compounds found in ... citrus fruit ... is a pretty hot take, too.

If they told you your server had 1-3 kills the past month, would you do a climb?
By . on 2025-10-20 12:40:50
You know what else helps with not forming kidney stones? Water. Drink more of it, it's cheapish.

its too bad crystal light is *** disgusting.

Aspertame needs to go away, fully, completely, forever.

Sucralose is disgusting, too.

Allulose is almost acceptable.
They ALL suck. Even natural organic stevia sucks.

And the ones that are granulated for baking SUCK THE WORST.

Besides, some of them are dangerous.

Not trolling. Just have a different definition of BiS than you do. It's fine, opinions are opinions.

On one hand, a worthwhile endeavor.

On the other hand, SE will shut down any attempt to publish an actual book.

You can compare them yourself. If you actually think ambu +2 gear beats either Gleti's or Malignance.. I don't have anything good to say about that.

you just trolling.

this is really simple math... plz don't tell me you that dumb and lazy..

gleti's r30 >> 10 DA
malignance >> 11 STP
Tali'ah >> 6 TA

for tp building purposes 1 stp = 1 DA
1 TA = 2 DA = 2 STP

12 > 11 > 10

Defensively, Tali'ah is nowhere close to Malignance or Gleti, but for tp building, its BiS for the jobs that can use it.

you gonna have to back that up w/ alternative if you actually trying to say something.

TA 6% is hard to beat on most jobs for a tp body piece. Malignance doesn't and Gleti's doesn't. so say, what does?

Had my first ever Kidney Stone today.

Ruined the day's plans of attending wife's sister's birthday, but my wife took care of me with grace.

And I got a good feeling when we were asked if we were single and dating vs. married. :) Married!

They gave me morphine, and the pain beat the morphine. I was surprised.

But I'm home now with a percocet prescription and an array of peeing drugs, so... Here's to hoping it goes away sooner rather than later.
I had my first one 10 years ago. It was the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. I was fortunate and it passed the next morning. It was only 2mm x 3mm... about the size of a big piece of rice.

I currently am dealing with my 2nd one and it was about 2 weeks of bad daily pain and now I think the stone is in my bladder and won't come out. I have random pains, but not like before when I thought it was traveling through my urerter.

My dad used to get these a lot and he went in for that ultrasonic procedure that is supposed to break the stone up. They did that procedure 6 times and it didn't work each time.

I just wanted to share my experience with this horrible situation. I hope you get through it fast. My sister had one before. She said she'd go through labor again than another kidney stone.

I renamed it, and changed the hosting - you can find it at https://gearforgexi.fly.dev/ now. I have a bunch of other stuff goin in so, I havent done any new work on this in a while. Mostly, I still want to actually add more gear to it.

Might want to edit the OP with the new url

Triboulex is the next easiest boss to tackle, IMO. Increase your dps and zerg is easy-ish.

Kiting is possible but it won't stop STS. Need to kill within 1-2min (too many debuffs will tank dps).

Someone needs to make a brd, even bonanza horn will do.

Super easy way to handle Trib: Have whoever has the most hate stand about 5 yalms away from trib and just tank the fetters. Everyone else stands about 5 yalms opposite the tank and wails on it. They'll be out of aoe range for a lot of spells and effects and can just blast trib. Don't do a darkness skillchain, it heals.
