They've since abandoned the entire Fellow System in favor of the Trust system, which is a shame because they were fun to customize. I would be happy if they did rework it, but from what I can tell, Fellows have been deprecated entirely.

I changed it to DRK BRD COR WAR SAM WHM and we clear a bit faster, atleast it seems that way based on which floor I redo NiTRo.

If the idea is that we give this gear to our trusts its really weird it is race specific, a lot of trusts aren't the 5 races.

Also consider if procs can happen on multi attacks or not. If they can proc on multi attacks you could boost proc rate a ton with hoxne.

How do you view your raised chocobo's numerical stats like 255 for Strength? I don't see on the Wikis or any NPC that does. Is it via packet only?

These could just be upgrade attachments for the trust update system (i think they said it's going to be like the current puppet system, where you get stuff to slot in).

I was thinking about this sword the other day, mainly as an offhand to keep around for DNC as a way to dispel enemies, especially when solo. Something like Glassy Gorger or Fu (might resist, Caturae are dark based) that absorbs all of your buffs and you need to get them back or at least weaken your enemy.

If it really is new RSE, maybe its probably meant for new player onboarding that isnt 'go get ambuscade +2'
Getting new players onboarded with something that has acceptable meva and dt where they dont get outright deleted from aoe if they tag along with better geared players would be nice.

I've been helping a couple friends get vagary/dyna-d/sortie cleared and notice they still have some non-trivial hurdles in content + gil requirements + reforge materials on their own before they can get +2empy/relic/af made which is where I feel like you start to have the basic gear options for interesting gearset building and job play for all content.

I'm suspecting they snuck in some updated files for March Update (assuming that's when they'll introduce the trust updates and/or more limbus updates), because 1009 files for just ambu rotation is a lot consider how small January update was.

File size it was around from 19 MB to 109 MB give or take.

Interesting they feel the need to make ilvl RSE armor, after the OGs were put on the curio moogle.

Looks pretty generic too, nothing particularly eye catching.

Struggling to think of a use for ilvl RSE armor. Like humes get +25 all stats, Elvaans will get +45str and -5Int or something, ok.. still not going to get used for anything.

3boxing with no addons here: I go DD BRD COR and these days I've been doing ilvl 119 so I can bang them out quickly. It makes resisting all the spells and dealing with mass aggro much safer. Most of the time I don't bother with sneak/invisible. I only use it on a few floors in temenos.

It takes me a little under an hour solo. I would imagine it would be significantly faster with 6 humans, though bumping it up to 135 might slow it down a bit.

While it's not the easiest target to test, one place I could see it being extremely handy is the new Omega fight when he gains shock spikes. I was able to Atomos steal the spikes once but then for the rest of the fight it was either missing/resisted or immune from the magic barrier which I had no idea when was up or down, I don't recall what the battle msg for it was, but after 30 more attempts I stopped trying.

Any reason why the TVR cosmetic set isn't storeable on any slip?

What sorta STR value do you need nowadays to cap fSTR on higher end targets?

Last PUG group, that was with 2 S5 Prime owners mind you, took ~60 mins in Temenos.
I've had >75 mins runs in Temenos quite often.
I haven't done Apollyon in a while but I considered myself pretty happy with <50 mins.

My "record" Apo was a bit under 30m and my "record" Teme was like bit under 40m.
Happened like... once each? Twice lol?
Both at 135 of course.

I haven't tried solo (BLU with 3 trusts) in a long time, release? Took me over 1hr for a single zone and shitty units.
I'm open if you have other suggestions on different jobs to solo!
I tried on my BRD but it was slower than on my BLU.


Thankfully it's easy these days to get PUG people when you shout.
The first 2 months I kinda gave up in depression, couldn't even get people to join, and that was on Asura.
The only requirement is you have to go early in the week. From Sunday (after jp midnight) to wed is sorta easy to get people.
After that in the week a lot of people are probably done with there 5 runs and so not interested in joining more groups.



Anyway, I digressed.
My point is that it seems like pretty hardcore, in terms of dedication of course not in terms of difficulty, if this is what you need to do for almost one year for a single set.
Surely we can find a better compromise between this current situation and the extreme opposite where you're done in a few days.

Isn't Sagasinger's buff steal basically En-Absorb-Attri?

Easiest way to see if it has a Macc check would probably be to take it up against Locus Ghost Crabs. They do Scissorguard and Bubble Curtain that stay active on them, basically for long enough that they need dispel or prevention.

These are also Rune Fencer type mobs, and pretty high level, so it should be obvious if proc rate is lower me thinks. Though they are crabs, ultimately, which are pretty basic.

Maybe test it on against Apex Idle Drifters? You could take note of their elemental cores that determine elemental resistance, and see if it affects proc rate, to determine element that way, maybe?
