Does anyone know why the Dragon Quest Collaboration event is configured this way?
The last cutscene gives you the She-Slime and Metal Slime Spirits for Monstrosity...but you can still buy then buy these spirits for 20 coins from the Slime NPC in each respective town. This seems kind of redundant and I don't know what further use they have, at this point? ....Any one have an idea?
Maybe it's just to re-acquire them if someone tosses them? Do you actually need more than the one of each that they give you? ^^;

My linkshell hasn't synced in years. Also my OG afterglow Nirvana vanished, I was the only one on the page for years but seems to have somehow gone poof

I didnt add the blades, i had to reinstall everything and because of the upgrade, all my stuff has moved around! You are welcome to request another if the non blades isnt something you wanted, but as my original post stated, it will be what i feel in the mood for! I did give him the wings though ♡

To save everyone else a few hours:
The Chocobo event will award:
1st Win, Tender Bouquet.
2nd win, Athena Orb.
3rd win, FES Key.
Subsequent daily wins, assuming the other two items are already in your inventory, gets you the FES Key.
So: Dbox the Bouquet, use Login Points for the Orb, get the Key on your first win (which can take a number of attempts).
Otherwise, you’ll be sitting there for an hour in frustration trying to be this poor little guy’s wing man.
Edit: Oh also! For Step 1, the gift picking part, the gifts are found in the pattern of the first letter of the element day. So Firesday = F Pattern, Lightsday = L pattern, etc.

What is a good low/PT RP setup for Mboze RP? I know BST+RUN but dont have those with friend.
I was thinking NIN Migawari might be fun to play with but not sure if would work. Just thought I would ask and not make PUGs suffer me and friend testing random stuff. Thanks. WAR RDM SCH

BLU COR [RDM or BRD]
Tactician's/Chaos Roll and WS when you get TP from the Regain. Control Mboze's TP with Reaving Wind/Feather Tickle. Ballad or Refresh for BLU depending on which you bring.
If you can find a random RUN and BST, I like to do 3x Mboze if I'm after Bunzi RP with:
PT1 - RUN BST [SC Opener (SAM DNC SMN)]
TP Drainkiss or Mewing Lullaby if you bring a SMN to control TP after applying HP Down.
PT2 - WAR RDM SCH
Tomahawk Helix MB & Kite
PT3 - BLU COR BRD
Tact/Chaos, March/Minx3/Ballad, Reaving Wind/Feather Tickle.

I remember one of the FF3 versions I played, by using proper gear, the chars hit like a machine gun.
Maybe FF12 also had some accessories like that.
Xenoblade(s), etc
That I dont think those multi attack that unique trait nor a defining factor in FFXI.
The thing about FFXI us that by mixing deterministic factor with probsbilitic factors to compute dmg, they create such convoluted battle mechanicc that is like honey for those theory crfts and researchers.

Weirdly, Hope and Justice seem to line up in order for Head->Body->Hands->Legs->Feet in the dat. However, the other 3 sets have lower stats on the first and 4th entries when you would typically expect legs and head to be higher than hands and feet. There's no way to map them to the items conclusively, so it is still perfectly possible I have the slots mixed up.

Well I just do random runs every now and then. I sure haven't gone hardcore on it, my temenos cap is like 190k and my apo a bit past 160k

Growlanser has 100% DA/TA/QA gems Thanks, I looked up Suikoden and the double_beat seems like a 100% guarantee thing to happen and not an RNG proc :/

I honestly have no clue what you're talking about. The few times I do limbus it's always with a group and pretty much always on 135 so clearly you must be talking about something else I'm missing from your post °_° You must be doing it differently then.
I'm stockpiling matter and burning units when I get near cap on ear/ring. I know when I do get an armor piece to upgrade, those few few levels will cost jack ***in units. I can jump right to R15 and not be worried about running out of units or having capped units.

After someone actually posted the math, it actually make close to no sense to do 135, 119-125 is all you need.
Need 31 matter, at 60% drop 31/.6=51.667 so 52 climb each tower
52*6000(got to be the minimum right, 3K from chest 1/4 5k plus the bar)=312,000*2=624,000. There’s no need to stress. Maybe a couple extra here and there but no real need.
Now for the shard, 52*2*1.25=130 shard minimum so there’s a slight shortage there, but the amount of multiboxer/bot should handle that.

In case it needs to be said more explicitly: I wouldn't upgrade any of it. I haven't upgraded any of it. It's worn for a single second at best, maybe just a packet. At least for me, it's extremely low priority.

well maybe I should rephrase, of the +3 pieces you have which are worth making to +4. Obvioulsy the AF body is a great FC piece but it doesnt get any better at +4 for its usecase. Which is just a macro FC pieces, with gearswap you cant really get caught in it so I dont really think there is an arguement for the added def/meva to be worth while.
The macro pieces to me are a hard sell to spend the limbus points on over say murky ring/alabaster earring or one of the PLD sworn pieces.

The Dashavatara sachet has a reference link that actually has testing.
Aside from that, I found 2 charts on the jp wiki that lists out stats, but they have no links for any sort of testing, so I'm unsure how they how or who did it, but I was able to confirm the acc/atk/def values are all accurate, I did have a discrepancy with evasion, but enough testing for today.
This first chart shows ilv119 pets, no gift/merits base values
The second chart shows the increase gains from a lv99 pet and a mastered smn per item level. It's showing 99 to 119, 99 to 120, 99 to 121 etc Such as going from 119 to 120 is only a BP+5, acc+34, atk+27 etc increase. Also the acc+/atk+ values do not include what would come from the str/dex they are kept separate such as, 119 would add an additional +51 acc/atk etc. The D+ column also shows that it is very likely that D+1 started at Lv100 which makes sense and lines up with Lv119 being D+20.
Now for my own testing. Test was done level sync'd to 99 to remove my MLs, but I still had all my job point/gift stats which are +20 acc/+40 atk in job points and gifts are +70 acc, +106 atk, +70 eva, +106 def. My Beckoner's earring is +11 acc and Bunzi Boots are +50 acc which were also used in the test for iLv123 with only the earring and iLv124 which included both. Ambu mantle had 0 pet stats and I used 119 seraphicaller which has no additional accuracy. The stats in the () are the ones that included the bonus from gear.
I only did checkparam stuff as I feel the jp wiki stats are robust enough to trust in so I went and got all of the stats from Lv99, iLv117 to 124 and iLv125 carbuncle. I started at 117 because I was curious if the 117 sachet would be the same as the 119 sachet if you added +2 levels in the gear, and it is. All the sachets are essentially +levels from 99. Another day I will go get Lv100-116 just to have a better spread of stat increases.
All of the 6 primary celestial avatars have identical stats, siren has a consistent +11 defense (is unknown at this time if its due to vit or pure def), fenrir has a +30% atk bonus, and diabolos has a +30% def bonus, those oddities I've bolded. Carbuncle and Cait sith have the exact same stats. And of the elementals only the Light has different stats than the other 7.
Using all of Ifrit's stats side by side, can see that before lv120 he was only getting around 15atk per level but at lv120 and above started to be +28(lv120) +29(Lv121) +30(Lv122) +30(Lv123) and then drops back down to +28 at Lv124. I don't have stage 5 prime so I can't test him at 125.
Additionally, removing my level sync, my smn is ML30 Ifrit gains +45 in all stats, str+30 atk+30(atk+45) etc. What's interesting about this, is back in Aug 2016 update Avatar(and others) VIT calculation was updated

JP wiki has this value listed as 1.5x and when I equip my rank22 Epitaph that has BP+7 I get +10 defense. But as you can see with MLs the defense is staying at +15 from the +30 vit for a +45 total increase. So it appears the calculation only affects gain conversion from gear not level, at least for avatars.
As additional notes from the JP wiki, it lists the D+ is both physical and ranged as well as there is no change in magic defense bonus between any iLv. Macc and Meva were not tested.
That's it for now, it is time to get back to some limbus, I will grab the numbers for 100-116 another day.
