I have a GREAT conversation with a [GM] last night! We had a talk on market manipulation tactics that some RMTers use. I explained how it ruins the economy in the game and he actually listened. We probably talked about 30 min or so. After all of that, he told me he understood and that he hadn't looked at it that way before. So, now he has the name of some of the key culprits on the server and will conduct a thorough investigation!! I'm so happy! :-D ~Yote I am the key culprit on your server.

My LS is recruiting, but we are on Asura. FYI, I just sent this to the STF: This was my e-mail to the STF in addition to the [GM] talk I had: I have witnessed a number of low-level characters manipulating the prices of items on the AH. This market manipulation causes the market to devalue certain items (i.e. Potent Belt) until other players begin to sell their items for that price. Then once the manipulater has a large quantity and there are none on the AH, they will slowly sell them for an inflated cost. This forces inflation and causes others to, in effect, lose gil. Players included on this market manipulation: 1) Poodevi 2) Sandrg 3) Seshero 4) Yuuryon 5) Chalka 6) Kaejyn 7) Miniru 8) Daakpunk 9) Naosama 10) Ytsdjkd 11) Weedle 12) Tonosama 13) Sefirok 14) Alynda 15) Akloit 16) Nnxinja 17) Trevaru 18) Liluck More may be involved, but these are from my research thus far. I would sign both of our characters on and sit in Castle Oz for about two hours. After three weeks, she finally got her Kote and was VERY happy. I felt like a hero, getting it for her. However, after she got it, I started leveling SAM. Mainly, to get it to 37 as a sub for RNG. My GF turned to me and said, "Baby, we should get you O Kote!".
