Synergy Pt?

i was wondering if the people in a synergy party have to actually particapate in the synergy synth, or can they just be a present member in party to get a use out of their currant synth skill levels. basically just stand there and let the person doing the synergy mooch their skill.

Yes the regular crafting skills just have to be in pt. And from my experience within decent range as everytime I went to say mh the rest of the pt couldn't do it.

The person doing the actions should have synergy skill as it affects how well they do said actions.

And only the person trading the stuff gets product or ingredients back if fail.

But those can all be different people doing 1 thing even if that is just trading standing or actually synergizing.

Harder recipes it really helps to have someone helping even if its only refilling fewell and watching pressure or something. Especailly if you want HQ or are saying doing the 3rd slot on an armor/weapon
