So, I've been full time whming a really long time (and I'm embarrassed to be asking this), but do elemental staffs actually make a difference for casting bar-spells? I haven't noticed much or any difference when I forget to bring them. The wiki has no info on their effect with bar-spells.

No they have no effect to my knowledge, only thing is enhancing magic, or for whm af? or relic that enhances it.
enhancing skill, af 2 legs, blessed briault onry ^^
Elemental staff do nothing (same for gear with elemental resistance on it, which works only for you) Don't forget to cast them in Afflatus Solace too^^
