Ffxiah Not Updating

I have had an issue with not being able to update my ffxiah profile. I que for an update and site says that my profile has been updated, problem is that it's been over an month since anything has actually updated. I now have a 75 Sam with merits and I can't tally up my merits cause it's says I'm still a 66 Sam. Any ideas on how to fix this? Does anyone else have this problem?

Have u tried updating the link to your official linkshell profile... i know i had the same problem but i realised i hadn't updated the link after changing ls, updated the link and hit update to scan and worked fine since.

This happened to me before, but I just waited it out and it updated on its own.

IIRC FFXIAH just queries your character info off the official FFXI community profile page. Sooo I guess you should that first and see if has the same errors. If it does, it's SE's fault.
