Something Unusual

Last night i was soloing as SAM/DNC in sauromugue champaign, killing yags and raptors to get to level 40. As I was slashing away the mobs I noticed that every so often I got a Double Attack, now I dont have anything for my SAM at that level to give me that, I was getting zanshins as usual, but DAs also. I do have it merited with my WAR. Could it be that somehow those merits affecting other jobs, even though they are Group 1 WAR only?

It could have been some of the yags had guard. Zanshin can proc on a guard even if you deal damage. Otherwise idk =/

Merits don't cross jobs.

So it was some form of zanshin proc (guard, hit for 0, miss).

The DAs i noticed did damage on both hits, around the 70-85 mark. Who knows, I'll probably be soloing some again tonight, as parties seem to be scarce atm.

Maybe had a few counter procs from seigan? I don't know if it can be filtered to just show damage and not "<name> counters mob etc etc" though.


Edit: What did you eat? iirc there's a sushi with DA+1% or something.

i used squid sushi, i usually use that till about 60 if i can then start using sole sushi. i was countering also, that shows up serperatly
