Ugh, It's going to be a BAD day

Demon's Souls is what i do when no FF as well XD Hopeing Dark Souls is just as good when it comes up (apperently they have made it even more unforgiving)... been one of the few games i can rage at and still keep going back for more.

Exactly! Usually really difficult games make me lose interest fast, but I really like that game. I gave up on my original character since I kind of messed up with tendencies and New Game+.. Didn't expect + to be THAT much harder. :/ A friend who just bought the game recently got me to play again.. I may remember a lot about it but I've still had several "OH ***WHERE'D YOU COME FROM" moments. >.>;

I liked when someone would leave a "Behind you!" message in the middle of nowhere... then spend X ammount of time being paranoid about something comeing behind you. The concept for co-op/vs was extreamly awsome as well... it just kinda sucked when you got to a poing where it was like "you have 297 full heal meds, so do I lets see who runs out first".

I didn't have to deal with that, I mostly played offline. =P The idea of Black Phantoms sneaking up on me when I'm not paying attention always made me uneasy.. Never been much of a PvPer. It seems I miss out a lot in that game since there's quite a bit of info on PvP builds, when I use something entirely different for PvE..

It gives you a warning when they enter your world so they don't entierly sneak up on you, still there was more then once where it was a total stealth kill or something where i just kinda sat back and thought, well played... well played... I tried playing offline a bit but it's really not the same. Seeing flashes of other people playing, summoning other players, the odd "XXXX has invaded your world" just added too much to the game and couldn't bring myself to go back to offline even for world tendency stuff.

Never really looked too much into what was needed for a good pvp build... I typlicly relied more on using the enviornment and tricking people ie start fighting them with a crappy weapon then switch to strong one or open with magic to make them think I was somekind of mage. I'm normally not very big on pvp myself either but everytime I got invaded on went the "Challenge Accepted" face.

I suppose it's just because I'm really not very competitive. It'd probably be fun at first, but I know I'd get to the point where I'd think "Oh, joy.. another Black Phantom here to screw up my soul/stone farming." When I can get on PSN again I was going to try playing with my friend, if he hasn't lost interest. I guess I may get a taste then.. XD

I'm doing all right... I eat I sleep I work I play some FF or something, then reapeat. Minus 2 days a week where the work is subtracted and replaced with laundry one of the days XD
