You never know, the world can be smaller than you think... Never met anyone living anywhere close to me playing XI but in XIV there were like 6 people within an hour XD. Only met 2 of them so far though.
Actually, i met people from the game back in 2004, one of them is still my best friend today. Small world like you say, he lived at like 2 street from my place!(about 5min walk) He stopped playing not long after, somewhere in 2005 or 2006. So im still stuck with no one to talk about ffxi beside my brother and him, who doesnt care much about it! haha

Not often but it wouldn't be the first time... One girl back in HS randomly started talking about how she liked to have her BF eat smarties out of her belly button then asked for a hug.

Like any FF fan I have always been fascinated by Asian culture. I am originally from Oregon. Met my partner out there 9 years ago. The company he works for has locations all over the US and his promotions also include moves. We moved to DC area a couple years ago. Hated it hahaha. The attitude there is garbage! Everyone is in a hurry, traffic is beyond ridiculous, and no one says hi. He then was asked to come to Nashville only about 7 months ago. We love it here! Plenty to explore, people are nice, and I come from the country so it feels like home haha. |
