Do you combine the whey + creatine + vitamin C into one drink? Thanks for the info, I've been trying to bulk up but a lot of fitness threads I find aren't very valuable to me in terms of information. Also, when you suggest lifting heavy what does that entail for someone that doesn't really have access to a gym? I can purchase sets of weights but I don't know whats a proper weight to aim for.
Yah I mix creatine powder, whey protein and water. then take some vitamin C (1000mg total).
Heavy lifting is like max 4 sets of 6 repetitions (to max capability). You can buy weights, just buy the adjustable/plate ones. I have a home set for when I'm too lazy to go to the gym.
Heavy lifting = strength
lighter lifting = size
So especially for your arms do something like this.
4repsx6sets heavy
10repsx3sets of something lighter.
Bodybuilding.com is probably a good place if you want to research. They sell supplements on there dirt cheap. They also have forums you can go through to read reviews. The advice on work outs is pretty solid also.

I was pretty skeptical about their effectiveness at first. I first started being able to do 2. Thats right 2. They are WAY WAY harder than chin ups. And work your arms and back. When they get easy, if you have a gym buddy have them tight weight to your ankles
