Day before yesterday, I had a meeting about Supplier Diversity...and "LGBT" came into the picture.. of course many of them didnt know what it meant or my boss lol. So when they said what does it mean...people stayed quiet and i blurted it out. They went "Oooooooh...." then giggled and said "Do we really have those type of owned companies?" It was a bit amusing when I had to explain to my boss why we may need LGBT in the category for supplier diversity. I see the thread is quite active and chipper! Edit: I'm cranky>< Maybe this will lighten up the thread. We all, or must of like Drag Race! Willam is going to have a "disqualified party" at MJs bar here in Hollywood. So excited!
